David  Ambogo is a former student of Awasi Mixed Secondary School(1998-2001), holds a Bachelor of science  in Mathematics(2007), a master of science in pure mathematics from Maseno University, Kenya(2010) and a PhD in Mathematics(Relativistic Energy Correction of the Hydrogen Atom with An Anomalous Magnetic Moment) from Osnabrueck University, Germany(2015). He is a beneficiary of the German Academic Exchange Service(DAAD) in-country scholarship (2009) for his Masters degree and a DAAD/NACOSTI scholarship (2012-2015) for his PhD.

Currently, David is working as a lecturer and researcher at Maseno University.

His research interests are in  Spectral properties of differential and difference operators and Biomathematics
